To apply for AAI Pilot Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following educational and license-based criteria:
1.1 Academic Qualification
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board.
Equivalent qualification approved by DGCA is acceptable.
1.2 Flying & License Requirements
Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) issued by DGCA (India).
Instrument Rating (IR) endorsement required.
Flight Radio Telephone Operator (FRTOL) certificate.
Class-I Medical Fitness Certificate from DGCA.
Current RTR (A) issued by WPC.
Valid Multi-Engine Rating (if required by post type).
1.3 Experience Requirements (Post-Wise)
Experience requirements may vary depending on the type of pilot role:
Post Experience Required
Junior Pilot / Trainee Pilot Minimum DGCA prescribed hours; fresh CPL holders can apply
Senior Pilot Minimum flying hours (generally 1000+ hours)
Test Pilot (If applicable) Experience on specific aircraft category
