  • 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes.

  • 20 squats (Uthak Baithak).

  • 10 push-ups.

3. Medical Examination

Candidates who qualify the written exam and PFT are required to undergo a medical examination at INS Chilka to assess their fitness for service.

  • Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹5,200 per month.

  • Group 'X' Pay (for AA): ₹3,600 per month during training; ₹6,200 per month after training.

  • Dearness Allowance (DA): As per government norms.
