  • Number of Questions: 25 questions per subject

  • Total Marks: 75 marks per subject

  • Duration: 45 minutes

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for Havaldar Posts

Candidates applying for the Havaldar position must undergo PET and PST to assess their physical fitness.Testbook

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

  • Male Candidates:

    • Walking: 1600 meters in 15 minutes

  • Female Candidates:

    • Walking: 1 km in 20 minutes

Physical Standard Test (PST)

  • Male Candidates:

    • Height: 157.5 cm

    • Chest: 76 cm (unexpanded) with a minimum expansion of 5 cm

  • Female Candidates:

    • Height: 152 cm

    • Weight: 48 kg

Note: Relaxations in physical standards are applicable for candidates belonging to certain categories as per government norms.
